Members of Orange County Cadet Squadron and their guests were treated to a tour of a C-17 Globemaster Monday evening. The pilots and loadmaster answered lots of questions from cadets and parents and showed us the workings of the plane. NY State Police visit with K-9s
This past Tuesday the squadron was treated to a visit from the NY State Police for a K-9 demonstration. Sergeant Dave Saunders and Trooper Jeff Dovigh talked about the program, and they brought K-9s Matti and DJ to show how dogs are used for bomb detection and others ways they assist the State Police. Everyone learned a lot and really enjoyed seeing the dogs in action. Thanks goes out to the two State Policemen and the K-9s for the visit and for protecting us every day!
