2. Missions and Execution
1830-1840: Opening formation
1840-1920: Leadership 
1920-2000: Aerospace 
2000-2030: D&C
2030-2040: Flight time
2040-2100: Closing formation
 
3. Service & Support
The Flight Sergeants will form the flights at 2050. CQ will report to C/CC after dismissal. CQ cannot leave until they are given permission from the C/CC. If you have any questions, address them to your Element Leader. Inform your Element Leader if you are unable to attend a meeting.
 
4. New Cadet Staff Selection
As a reminder, a Board will be held on 18 July for open cadet staff positions. If you’re interested in becoming a part of squadron staff, please fill out the Staff Applications Form referenced here. If you have any questions or have applied and can’t attend Tuesday, contact me at sean.flynn@ny030.org.

Stewart Airshow

Thank you all for signing up for the Stewart Airshow. The report time for Saturday and Sunday is 0730. UOD for flight line is BDU/ABU, unless notified differently. UOD for working with the vendors is civilian clothes, and you’ll be provided with a volunteer t-shirt. Please be sure to bring a water container (camelback/canteen/water bottle) and wear sunscreen. Lunch and water will be provided. Pickup time is 1700.

Stewart Air Show Registration

August 10-13 Training

Mid Eastern Group is hosting an ES Bivouac on 10-13 August in Greenville, NY. This bivouac will coincide with NYW TRAEX. We will be training at all levels for Ground Teams (GTM3 – GTL), Mission Radio Operator, Mission Base Staff (GBD-OSC, MSO), Mission Staff Assistants, Financial Section Chief, and Logistics.

They will have K-9(s) to train with and are working to get a helicopter ground school class. The site has showers and bathroom facilities. It also has limited electric hookups for trailers or motor homes. There will be plenty of areas for tents to be set up. They have arranged for catered meals for dinner. Food will be provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cost will be $15 a day.

To participate you must have:

  1. Must be at least an Airman (Curry award), Level 1 for Senior members
  2. A GES endorsement on 101 Card
  3. Be safety current
  4. A valid CAP ID card (can be printed from eServices)
  5. Proper Field uniform (BDU/ABU)
