All cadets should bring water, a notebook, and a pen/pencil.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, inform your chain of command.
To request a drill test or written exam, notify the testing officer through the chain of command.
The following cadets to report as directed for promotion review board: C/MSgt LaCombe, C/SrA Wynn, C/SrA Hines, C/A1C Calvert, C/Amn B Reynolds, Cadet Robinett. Any other cadets needing a review board for promotion, notify your chain of command.
Parents and guests are welcome to attend closing formation for the Promotion Ceremony. Parents are welcome to participate in pinning on new rank insignia.
