Food Distribution in Sullivan County 10/16/20

On Friday 16 October 2020, Sullivan County Cadet Squadron will be conducting a Disaster Relief mission performing distribution of food to needy families in Monticello, NY.

Full details of the mission are as follows:

Date/Time: Friday, 16 October 2020 – 1200-1500 (note – usually ends very early)

Location: Action Toward Independence, 309 E Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701 (Link for Directions)

Participation Requirements: Qualified GES

Uniform: ABU with Reflective Vest (Cadets), ABU/Corporate Equivalent with Reflective Vest (Seniors)

Equipment Requirements: Bring a mask, water, and a snack

Paperwork Requirements: For cadets that have not previously participated in this mission, CAPF 60-80. For all members, CAPF 101 and CAPF 161 on your person.

Health Screening Requirement: All members will undergo a health screening, including a contactless thermometer temperature reading and the following questionnaire. Please review the questionnaire prior to departing for the mission and do not participate if you cannot answer “no” to all questions.

1. Do you have a fever (over 100.4 F) without taking fever-reducing medications?

2. Loss of smell or taste?

3. Muscle aches?

4. Sore throat?

5. Cough?

6. Shortness of breath?

7. Chills?

8. Headache?

9. Experienced gastrointestinal symptoms? (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite)

10. Had contact with someone diagnosed with or quarantined for COVID-19?

11. Have you been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a medical professional?
